Bio

Mortimer Cobbett is a born computer prodigy. Programming complex applications at twelve years old, Mort received a full scholarship to Stanford, which he quit in his last year to pursue programming operating systems independently. Mort's true passion lies in server administration and network management; his magnum opus is the massive SomethingRotten message board system, of which he is the chief admin.

Mort's neoliberal leanings were always well-received by his peers until his skepticism regarding government intervention and secrecy slipped into something his fellow computer scientists called irrationality. Between Meemo sandwich lunches, fishing trips and moderating all activity from /everyday.brd to /meals.brd, Mort Cobbett posts and patrols /weird.brd, certain that something, somewhere in the United States is amiss.

And he's going to do something about it.
