Welcome to Wildwood, New Jersey! It's 1998 and Adriance Caruso, having spent his time in university sleeping and skipping class, returns to his hometown on the Jersey Shore. His high school best friend, Sally, did not take kindly to his two-year-long radio silence, but between starting a punk rock band and avoiding accidentally making national news, he thinks he can rekindle her affection.
